Well, the good thing about white kitchens is use can use a whole lot of straight-up bleach to clean them!! That white floor looks like it would show EVERYTHING, though!
We have a white dining table, white dining chairs and a white leathers sofa plus 8 and 10 year old boys. NO problem - we just scrub the finger marks off occasionally!

You make valid point there about the white floor! Part of the reason I love my new brown tiles is that my brown hair doesn't show up on them :D
