For curtains, I am leaning towards heavy drapes in the same damask fabric we have in the lounge room, with timber venetians underneath. Being on a busy-ish street, and hating that lace stuff, I want something to give privacy, so venetians it is. Pin It

The lamp is from OzDesign, and is $180. Apparently freedom have similar ones too. And Beacon Lighting have them on sale where you get the second one half price, though I am not too sure on the origional price as it isnt listed online.
I love the Hogs Bristle 1/2. We have it right through our house. Love your carpet and lamp shades too. Cant wait to see the finished pics.
