No, really, he did!
Over the weekend the firefighter husband lectured me about how dangerous christmas trees are, and how they cause house fires. This led him to refuse to have a christmas tree this year.
Today he suprised me by bringing one home. It's a bit small (it's only 1.5m high) but its better than nothing! I need more deco's though. But our house is filled with the smell of fresh pine needles, which I am very thankful for.

I love that beautiful pine smell, it just screams Christmas. Trying to convince my DH to let me trade our little fakey for a real tree. Not having much luck thus far!

ReplyDeleteI think (I didnt want to ask and be lectured further) its because people leave them on 24/7 and they can blow up or something? Personally I think he is just a grinch!
